Terms & Conditions

1. What YouTubeVilla Is (and What It Isn't)

YouTubeVilla is an online listing directory and discovery platform that connects YouTube channel creators who want to sell with potential buyers looking to acquire channels.

2. Channel Listing Rules

If you submit a channel for sale on YouTubeVilla, you agree to the following standards:

• Accurate Information: All submitted details — including channel URL, subscriber count, monetization status, category, asking price, and analytics screenshots — must be honest, accurate, and up to date.
• Genuine Ownership: You must be the authentic owner with legitimate management rights to the channel you submit. Submitting channels you do not own is strictly prohibited.
• Manual Review: Every submitted channel goes through manual admin verification before being published on the public Buy page.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the full right to reject, decline, or remove any channel listing at our sole discretion, without any legal obligation to provide a detailed explanation for every decision.

3. No Guarantees & User Due Diligence

We want to be completely upfront with everyone who uses this website:

While we manually inspect submissions to filter out obvious fakes and bad listings, we cannot 100% guarantee that a seller's self-reported details are complete, that future channel performance will match past performance, or that every transaction will go smoothly.

Both buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own thorough due diligence before sending money or transferring ownership:

• Buyers must independently verify live YouTube Studio analytics, viewer demographics, and AdSense eligibility.
• Both parties should verify the identity of the person they are communicating with on WhatsApp.
• All Brand Account transfers should strictly follow Google's standard 7-day primary ownership waiting period.

4. Automatic 7-Day Deletion

To keep our database clean and respect user privacy:

• Any pending, unapproved, or rejected channel submission — along with all uploaded analytics screenshots and proof images — is automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Approved listings remain on the public marketplace until the channel is sold or the seller requests its removal.

5. Account & Platform Conduct

When using YouTubeVilla, you agree to act honestly and respectfully:

• No Fake Listings: Do not submit fabricated subscriber numbers, altered revenue screenshots, or channels you do not own.
• No Spam Submissions: Do not submit duplicate listings repeatedly or use automated bots to flood the Sell form.
• No Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward other users or the platform admin via WhatsApp or email will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational updates or changes to how listings are handled. When updates occur, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of YouTubeVilla after changes are posted means you acknowledge and accept the updated terms.
